The Drakun is a beast that at first glance resembles a horse, but it is much bigger and more robust, with massive muscles. Instead of hooves it has sharp claws, which serve it as deadly weapons.

Drakuns live in packs of five to twenty head, including foals. They are led by the biggest and strongest stallion, whom the others obey. They feed exclusively on meat: the males hunt, while the females guard the foals. The pack stays in one place until it has hunted down most of the game, and then moves elsewhere.

Combat

As soon as the pack catches the scent of prey, it spreads out into a line and drives the victim across the land. The ends of the line gradually close in until they trap the prey in a circle from which there is no escape. Then the pack members throw themselves at it one after another, preferably from behind, until they bring it down. A strong pack is not afraid to attack even another beast of prey.
