Special abilities

Minotaurs are beings with a bull's head, a human body and hooves. They have great strength, but are not very clever. They like to wear chain mail and fight with heavy weapons such as a flail or a mace.

They live in closed communities far from civilization. In protected places they build stone strongholds and castles, in which around twenty minotaurs dwell, led by a chieftain or a priest. They are pious and honor their priests more than ordinary commanders.

They follow a very complicated code of honor that no one else understands, and so they tend to be unpredictable to others. They desire power and glory, but serve their commanders and priests faithfully and never turn against them. So it depends on the leaders whether they will live in seclusion, raid their neighbors or amass wealth.

Combat

Minotaurs fight with heavy weapons, always honorably, and they cannot stand deceit. Their priests wield the power of prayers.
