Special abilities

The Serpent Guardian is a snake with a human torso and two arms in which it can wield weapons. It arose from the union of Sansri and a great snake. It behaves like a snake, but there is also something human in it. It feeds by swallowing whole animals and can even devour an imp or a small human. It does not hatch from eggs: the females give birth to live young, which grow into adult guardians within two years.

Guardians most often guard the temples of the goddess Sansri. They are utterly devoted to her and would never act against her interests. They see in the dark, and so they serve mainly as night watches.

Combat

The guardian prefers to fight with a weapon, but it can also bite. It has no poison, but the grip of its jaws is often deadly. Some guardians have priestly abilities and use prayers to Sansri.
