Holy symbols
Holy symbols are the badge of priests. Each god has their own emblem corresponding to their principle. Every priest receives a holy symbol at their initiation, most often an amulet.
The holy symbol is the priest's most precious possession. Any priest would rather
die than let it be taken away.
The holy symbol gives its wearer considerable advantages. If it is an amulet, keep in mind that a character can use only one amulet, and no priest would exchange their divine symbol for a magical trinket, however powerful.
The holy symbol still belongs to the god. If it is touched by someone devoted to another god, or if someone touches it against the wearer's will, the symbol starts wounding them for 1d6 HP per round.
