Nefelktrah - ruler of Darkness

Goals and intentions of the cult

Nefelktrah stands highest among the gods of Darkness and her power is immeasurable. She expects devotion and boundless obedience, and those who voluntarily lay down their lives on her altar will be glorified in death and cleansed of all sins.

According to some interpretations she does not renounce involuntary sacrifices, terror and violence either (everything depends to some extent on the believers and the interpretation, so it differs from region to region). In any case, this is no cult of absolute Evil with screaming victims, but a powerful and watchful organization that cares for its believers, educates and leads them, but does not much encourage free thinking and one's own will (for thinking they have their goddess and priests).

Service to the goddess

Service to the goddess is not easy and places considerable demands on you, but you know that you serve the mightiest of the Mighty and the future ruler of the world.

Some priests bring the goddess even involuntary (human) sacrifices, but animals are more common (a bull, an expensive horse). It is said that thanks to a sacrifice you can secure the goddess's favour, and the more sacrifices you bring, the more kindly the goddess will look upon you.

Weapons

The priests of Nefelktrah fight with all kinds of close weapons. They also protect themselves with heavy armor and a shield.
