Hit | Heroes of Fantasy

Hit

The first prerequisite for defeating an adversary is hitting him. Whether you hit your opponent at all and how well, we check with an attack roll.

When it is your turn, you can attack. You have one action available, i.e. one attack.

If you attack the opponent you chose at the beginning of the round, you can use any advantages.

Glenfir fights with a sword that has a hit of 4. He himself has Sen 10, so his hit is 7
He rolls 7 on the dice. His resulting hit will be 14.
If he is incredibly lucky and rolls 6+6 and then adds 6+2, his attack roll will be 27.
If he is unlucky, he rolls 1 and 1 and then subtracts 6 and another 2, which is -6, and the result is 1.

The hit is equal to the weapon accuracy (see the Weapon Table) plus half of senses and size, i.e.:

Hit = weapon accuracy

Sen : 2 + Size + bonuses

Once we know the character's hit, the roll itself is simple: roll 2d6 and add your hit.

Advantages and combined attack

If you have advantages over your opponent, you can combine more, for example first deceive the opponent and then run him through (look in the chapter Fight maneuvers to see everything you can do).

Clash

You can also get your turn out of order (see Clash).

Number of attacks

You can attack as many times as you want, but each attack must include one action (base or combat). A common character can thus attack 2x per round, but then cannot actively defend.
